Girisha Hosanagara Nagarajegowda made India proud when he won silver medal at London Paralympics 2012 in the high jump F42 event.
Part of 10 athlete contingent, the 24 years old high jumper from Karnataka jumped a height of 1.74 meters finishing second behind the contestant from Fiji.
Nagarajegowda who suffered leg impairment recorded his personal best performance at the London 2012 proving his mettle.
